A private pilot and aircraft owner, his career spans workforce development, training development, higher education, and go-to-market execution, united by a focus on building practical systems that translate complex knowledge into repeatable results.

Lute Atieh is an entrepreneur, aviation executive, and educator based in St. Joseph, Missouri. He currently serves as CEO & Managing Partner of ATD Flight Systems, Founder of Annovox, and Founder of FlyTech Pilot Academy. A private pilot and aircraft owner, he brings direct operational experience to his aviation leadership roles. Before his current ventures, he founded Valor Manufacturing Training, which evolved under BERKS Group into WorkForge, a workforce development and training technology platform. He also held progressively senior leadership roles at American Business and Technology University (ABTU), including Vice President, before exiting in 2016. He holds an MBA in International Business from Bryan University (2017–2018).
